The Villa tout confort au coeur d'une base nautique is located in Lacanau in Aquitaine, 29 mi from Bordeaux and 25 mi from Arcachon. It is a private domain of 30 hectares composed of 12 individual houses at the edge of 2 nautical stadiums specially designed for the practice of water skiing and Wakeboarding. This Estate is particularly quiet and is located 3.1 mi from the ocean)! The bike path runs from the property to the ocean. The accommodations all have an indoor dining area and an outdoor terrace. All have a fully equipped kitchen with, among other things: a dishwasher, hob, microwave and an oven. A kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine are also provided. Each unit has a private bathroom with a shower. A shed with washing machine and dryer is also available in all houses The Estate has an outdoor swimming pool of 12X6m reserved for tenants of the Estate as well as a restaurant open from May to October. Water-skiing and Wakeboarding facilities are available (reservation required and chargeable), and a bicycle rental service is available. The region is popular with hiking and cycling enthusiasts. Mérignac Airport is the nearest airport, 24 mi away.
