This beautiful south-facing mountain house offers breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Puyvalador. Just 10 minutes from Lake Matemale and the Formiguères ski slopes, it combines modern comfort with the authentic warmth of a traditional mountain interior—perfect for a peaceful getaway. On the ground floor, you’ll find a garage and parking right in front, making access easy and convenient. The first floor features a spacious, bright living area with a fully equipped open kitchen, a cozy lounge, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, and a bathroom with toilet. This level is ideal for relaxing by the fireplace and enjoying time together. Upstairs, three more bedrooms complete the sleeping arrangements. Two rooms each have three 90 cm beds, and the third has a 160 cm bed. There’s also a bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a separate toilet, offering extra comfort for families or friends. Bed linens are not provided, but a cleaning service is available for an extra fee. With convector heating, a fireplace, south-facing exposure, and views of the mountains and countryside, this house is the perfect retreat for a relaxing or active holiday in nature.
