Duplex Between Lake and Mountains — Facing Mont Veyrier Welcome! This charming duplex, set on the first floor of a village house, offers a warm, cocoon-like ambiance. Straddling the comfort of a house and the practicality of an apartment, it features a balcony with an unobstructed view of Mont Veyrier. Property Layout Entrance : * Access to the apartment is via an internal staircase, convenient for storing your ski equipment. Ground Floor : * Comfortable living room with a dining table for 4. * Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine (capsules provided), Bodum pour-over for ground coffee, kettle, a second dining table for 4, cooler, fridge/freezer * Bathroom with bathtub * Separate WC * Balcony First Floor : * Two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a wardrobe, opening onto the balcony with views of Mont Veyrier * One bedroom provides access (via a loft ladder) to an additional mezzanine-style space above * One WC Prime Location : * Bus stop and cycle path at the doorstep * Lake Annecy is in front of the house (accross the road). * convenience store 100m.
