Situated in the heart of an 18-hole golf course, in a residence with swimming pool and sauna, just 700 m from the beach and 1 km from the center of Sable-d'Or les Pins, this duplex will win you over! The Duplex: Located on the 1st floor, accessible by staircase, the apartment is composed as follows: First level: - A bright living room with a sitting area featuring a double sofa bed, coffee table, TV and dining area with table for up to 4 guests. - A kitchenette, open to the living room and fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker... - Bathroom with bathtub, double washbasin, heated towel rail and hairdryer. - Separate WC Second level: - Bedroom 1: double bed with storage space and blackout curtains. - Bedroom 2: two single beds with closet and blackout curtains. Outside: - A 6 m² balcony, facing south-east, with a sublime view of the golf course and furnished with a table and chairs to enjoy a meal in the sun! Communal areas: The residence has a heated indoor swimming pool and sauna, open from April to the end of October. The pool is open from 9:30 a.m. to 7:45 p.m. during school vacations and from 9:30 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. the rest of the year. These times are indicative and subject to change. The wellness areas are shared by all residents. Each stay includes one sauna session per person. Access to the sauna in the pool area is available on request and at an additional cost from reception. A secure outdoor parking space is also available. Other remarks: - Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival. - Free Wifi available. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Washing machines available in the residence for a fee. - Parents are entirely responsible for their children's swimming.
