Stay in an elegant, quiet, and fully equipped apartment in Montévrain, ideal for enjoying Disneyland Paris with complete peace of mind. Located in a peaceful residence, this one-bedroom apartment features a private balcony overlooking the garden, with no overlooking neighbors, as well as secure underground parking. It offers a comfortable setting for couples and families alike. A very comfortable 160x200 cm bed and a 160x200 cm sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer-dryer, complimentary Nespresso capsules, baby equipment, and bed linen and towels included: everything is in place for a practical and relaxing stay just 15 minutes from Disney by car or 25 minutes by bus, with the bus stop right outside the residence. Please note: the apartment is located on an upper floor and access may require the use of stairs. The property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The apartment is located in a residential building. Shared facilities such as the elevator are managed by the residence and may occasionally be subject to technical maintenance beyond the host’s control.

Located in a quiet and well-kept residential area of Montévrain, the apartment enjoys a particularly convenient location for making the most of Disneyland Paris while staying in a peaceful setting. The Parc du Mont Evrain bus stop (line 2233), located right outside the residence, provides easy access to Disneyland Paris in around 20 minutes by bus. Just a short walk away, you will find several restaurants, and directly opposite the residence there is a grocery store, a bakery, and a pharmacy, all very convenient for everyday needs. An ideal location combining comfort, peace and quiet, and practicality throughout your stay.
