Wonderful house, 500 meters away from Notre-Dame, in the vibrant Latin Quarter. Renovated by a designer during Summer 2021 to give a second life to the house. Located on the ground floor, at the end of a courtyard in a residential, safe and quiet area. 3 floors, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room, a TV area to relax, high-speed wifi, fully equipped kitchen and all necessary stuff to relax, work and spend a good time after a busy day.

Neighborhood info

5 minutes away from Notre-Dame, in the picturesque 5th arrondissement, or Latin Quarter, is the Sorbonne University and its famous restaurants, cafes and galleries. The area is also known for its bookstores, including the famous Shakespeare and Company. Families can visit the Jardin des Plantes and the National Museum of Natural History. The majestic building of the Pantheon houses the remains of personalities such as Voltaire and Marie Curie.
