Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you, on the commune of Ver-sur-Mer, this charming house of lime pit foot entirely renovated to less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 85 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², an equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 600 m² with terrace. We are waiting for you! The house on one level is composed as follows: Day space: - A beautiful and bright living room with two sofas, a TV, a fireplace (decorative) and a dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with: central island, electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker... - A laundry room in the basement. Night space : - Jungle room : a queen-size bed (160×200). - Travel room: a double bed (140×190). - Romantic Bohemian room: a queen-size bed (160×200). - A bathroom with Italian shower. - Separate toilet. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, iron and ironing board and a barbecue. Other remarks : - Free Wifi available - Small animals accepted on request, thank you to specify it at the reservation. - The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided upon request at an additional cost.
