Built in 2018, the modern complex this home belongs to comprise 12 apartments. Each apartment has its own private ski locker. There are plenty of free parking slots and a storage room. All of our beds can be set up either as a double (King size) or twin beds. The complex also offers a wellness area with a gym and a sauna. Finally, bikers will appreciate the fully-secured indoor bike storage space. The home truths: - End-of-stay cleaning is included and you have the option to benefit from cleaning and laundry services during your stay on request, as a supplement. Linen (sheets, pillowcases and bed covers), towels and bath mats are provided. - The wellness area is open daily from 10:00 AM to 7:45 PM and is available for your use. - Our neighbours are really nice locals known to be early birds, therefore we kindly remind you that parties and other loud festivities are not allowed in the property. - The dining table only sits 5 guests (Ipe). - The dining table only sits 4 guests (Karri). - Kauri offers less natural light than our other apartments on this site (Kauri). - Located just above our wellness area, the humidity level at Lovoa is a bit higher than at our other apartments on this site. The bathroom is fully equipped but not very spacious.(Lovoa) - During the summer, the apartment can experience high temperatures. Fans are available upon request, and opening the windows can help keep the space comfortable.(Takian)

Right between Morzine and Montriond, you may walk to the nearest grocery store within 5 minutes, or to the heart of Morzine in just 10 minutes. The ski lift Super Morzine from the Portes du Soleil is 0.5 miles and Geneva airport less than 45 miles away.
