Bright apartment on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained residence with stairs and elevator. On the same level it includes: -a living room with kitchen area, access to a small balcony-terrace with a view of the port on the South-East side -a bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) -a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) -a bathroom with shower (folding seat), sink, bidet and toilet -a small laundry storage room (LL and SL) -the entrance and distribution corridor At the edge of the front door: small terrace for the late North-West day sun. Private parking space in the courtyard of the residence.

The best part: doing everything on foot! And why not by bike or by bus (Ligne du Pucareux)? This is what Yvon and Annie liked when they fell for this accommodation. A few months later, after a makeover and furnishing, it is ready to welcome you. Did you know that Perros Guirec was classified as a climatic station in 1921? It offers the best of Brittany: beaches, cornices, local shops, restaurants, entertainment, pink granite, etc. Not to mention the speedboats to get you to the 7 islands opposite, the GR34 trail on site, the thalasso-spa and the casino. The Nugget of this territory: the village of Ploumanac'h with its Saint Guirec oratory on the beach and the Mean Ruz lighthouse. Mythical and authentic!
