Small detached house built as an annex to the main property that can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Two bedrooms upstairs. A bedroom with a Extra-large (180x200) bed (Household linen included) and air conditioning. The second bedroom with a Bunk-bed with two single beds (Household linen included). On the Ground floor a lounge room with Smart TV and Internet, Big Fridge, Dining area, sofa and kitchenette opening onto a paved terrace. The bathroom (on Ground floor) includes sink, Italian shower, Sauna for 4 people and toilet. Also on Ground floor we have a Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. A paved terrace facing south with garden furniture, parasol and BBQ area. A Large yard includes Garden Arbor with a stable structure - a place to relax and nice view. A very rural and quiet area.
We live in the house next door and are always available if you need any help.
The house is surrounded by fields on all sides and is very quiet and peaceful. We are 10 minutes from several excellent beaches and the beautiful seaside town of Val-Andre. Also there is a 9 holes Golf Course within 10min walking distance. The local shop is a 5 minutes drive away and several large Supermarkets within 15 minutes drive.
