This new apartment with terrace and view of Lake Geneva, located in Evian-les-Bains in a very quiet Private Residence, includes a very large Comfort Hotel 5* 180x200 bed, a flat screen TV, free wifi, a washing machine, a mini fridge with freezer and a bathroom. Its kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, microwave with oven, hob, kettle as well as everything needed for breakfast and meals (coffee, sugar, pans, etc.). Bed and bath linens available included. Free private parking on site.
