Many free and paying activities are available by foot; ask for a map at the office of tourism located at 250 meter. Small pets are allowed on request. The recently renovated house is located in the small village of Amphion-les-Bains in Publier, 5mn away by car to the beautiful spa town, Evian, 45mn away from Geneva and across Lausanne and Montreux, Switzerland. The area is known for its stunning Geneva/Léman Lake (the biggest in Europe), famous mineral springs and amazing short trips to the French Alps Mountains. The lake is 60 meter away from the property. In the summer, just cross the main road and swim, hike, go sailing or cycling across small villages nearby. In the winter, you can easily access the closest mountains like Bernex, Thollon-les-memises, Morzine and ski within 20mn to 50mn drive (don’t forget to have snow tires/chains) or just take the ski lift high up the mountains to admire the stunning view of the lake or breathe the pure mountain air over lunch. Many festivals occur all year long around the lake or ski resorts. Internet/Wi-Fi access included in your stay. Towels and sheets included. House fully equipped with all amenities.
