Gîte in an independent house located at the end of a small neighborhood, overlooking the Nive d'Arnéguy. Gîte completely renovated in 2016. Access via 2 steps. Equipped kitchen (microwave, ceramic hob), living room, lounge (insert fireplace). 2 bedrooms (1 140cm bed, 2 90cm beds), shower room, toilet. Consumption and electric heating by heat pump extra. Wood provided. Rental of sheets and towels. Parking Garage. Large enclosed plot of land in front of the house with garden furniture and plancha. At the back of the house, enclosed grounds with secure terrace, equipped with garden furniture and deckchairs as well as a small outdoor lounge and stone barbecue, with a view overlooking the river. Access to the banks of a fishing river (permit required) and pebble “beach”. St-Jean-Pied-de-Port 2 km: ramparts, swimming pool, tennis, picturesque streets. The price does not included: - housework - sheets (rental possible) - shower linen (rental possible) - house linen (no rental) - heating consumption (extra depending on actual consumption)
