Native of Mulhouse having lived there since my young age I will be happy to share with you my passion for my city and its rather sporty surroundings Cycling, Skiing, Hiking etc. I am a young retiree, and will thus be able to make myself available to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I am also adamant about cleanliness.

Property info

The accommodation is located in the very center of a historic building, dating from 1367. It has all the modern comforts, double glazing, bathroom with shower, new quality bedding, air conditioning, very well equipped kitchen and very high speed wifi. Each apartment occupies an entire floor of the building. To help you locate the floor on which your apartment is located, I give you the following details: Floor 1 = 39M² Floor 2 = 42M² Floor 3 = 43M² and Floor 4 = 49M² If the apartment of floor 4 benefits from an obvious charm (very charming lots of wood and beams, bed housed in an alcove)!!!!! If you have mobility problems or if you have very heavy luggage, access may be complicated,!!!!! especially since to access the sleeping area there is still a staircase..... If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact us for further information.

Neighborhood info

The Place des Victoires is located in the heart of the pedestrian zone, 100m from the Pace de la Réunion, 30m from the Starbucks, 10 mins walk from the train station, many restaurants and shops are at the foot of the building.
