In winter, during heavy snowfall, the houses may not be accessible by car despite amenities if the snow is too deep. We do not cover the costs of snow removal or towing. In this case, you may have to leave the vehicle a little further down and continue on foot to the gîte (approximately 10-30 minutes, over a distance of 300m to 1km maximum). When the path is accessible by a normal car, a bag of wood is provided to light a few fires (for larger quantities, please note that wood is on sale at the Carrefour Montagne in Loudenvielle). In case of heavy snowfall, bags of wood cannot be replaced and there may be no more wood in advance. We require a cleaning deposit of 100 euros by bank transfer in the event that the tenant does not clean at the end of the stay. Due to our remote location, sheets and towels cannot be provided. Guests must bring their own. Electricity is metered except in July and August. We ask for a photo of the meters upon arrival and departure, and we will refund your cleaning deposit less the electricity costs. We thank you in advance for your understanding. Please note that the valley is an exceptional paragliding spot. Near Saint Lary-Soulan and the Aure Valley, the Louron Valley hang-gliding site is renowned as one of the most attractive in the Pyrenees.

My barns are comfortable but not luxurious, so come discover my world where iPads are replaced by live videos of deer and does, Wi-Fi by the whistling of marmots, and you'll be alone in nature to enjoy a break made in the Pyrenees (however, 5G works very well for your cell phone!).
