The studio is located on the ground floor, offering easy access thanks to the numerous free parking spaces on the street and the nearby SNCF railway station. The accommodation is divided into two areas: - A kitchen with a table, chairs, a gas hob, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster, a sink, crockery, etc. - The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a desk area and shelves, an armchair and a 140x190 bed. A small corridor leads to the toilet on one side and the bathroom, fitted with a shower, on the other. Bed linen and towels are provided.
