We trust that this will please our guests, will bring them some serenity and, will act as an ambassador for rich exchanges between us. Among our various fields of interest count these ones: hiking, running, gardening and visiting gardens, renovating, decorating, music, reading, philosophy, psychology, Ethic, geopolitics, international finance... Within a green shrine, between Lake and mountains. Exceptionnal panoramic view for each room, terrace, balcony, spa and garden Luminous, harmonious and confortable. Elegant, sober and refined Minimalist charm. -For 8 persons + a babby -200 m², 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 office with sofa/extra-bed, 1 - Sheltered outdoor massaging spa and sauna The sleeping and bathing part is composed of : - 2 parental suites with shower, out of which, one with a bath tube - 2 double-bedrooms (separable beds) with shower - 1 extra-bed for a child and an umbrellla bed are available upon request - 5 WC - Sheets, duvets, pillows and towels are provided. The living/fire corner/dining space offers a spectacular view on the lake and the mountains. It is extended by a large south-oriented balcony, which is ideal for meals, relaxation or study. The kitchen is functionnal and entirely equiped the washing machine and drying machine are new.

Villa Haute-Claire” is situated in a calm large garden prolongated by the forest, in a small hamlet on the uplands of the village of Menthon Saint Bernard, on the East bank of the Annecy lake Hiking start-point at the garden door – 15 min walk from the lake, sailing and tennis clubs – 10 min walk from the all-shop center – 15 min drive from Annecy, 30 min from the slopes and 1 hour from Geneva.
