You will appreciate our accommodation for its decoration combining old and modern charm and its location in the hyper-center of Rennes. The apartment can accommodate 4 people and is located on the 1st floor only accessible by stairs. To make the most of your stay, you will have the following at your disposal: :  - A spacious living room with old parquet including: sofa, coffee table, armchairs, dining area with dining table.  - A beautiful modern kitchen: dining table, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing-machine, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils. • For your comfort, 2 spacious bedrooms are at your disposal: - 1st bedroom: 2 single beds, desk, bedside tables, chest of drawers. - 2nd bedroom: queen size bed, desk, bedside tables, chest of drawers. - The bathroom is small but functional and consists of a shower with mirror and sink. - The toilets are separate. Cleaning fees are included in the price and we simply add the cost of linen (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels). Baby equipment is available for those traveling with their families (subject to availability). Please note that bed linen is not provided for the baby bed. The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
