Come and discover this new apartment located 20 meters to the beach. Very bright, it offers a fitted kitchen, a small garden with a patio that is not overlooked, including table and chairs + barbecue + deckchairs. It also offers a private bedroom and a friendly small living room with TV, books and board games. You will just have to cross the street to be at the beach! This beach is perfect for families and surfers. The apartment suits perfectly if you are looking for a relaxing stay, 15 minutes from Lorient, half way between Concarneau or Quimper in the Finistère and Vannes or Quiberon in the Morbihan. We can lend you a portable crib and a high chair if needed. Caution! The apartment is in our residence and we have 3 cats that often stay on the patio. For this reason, pets are not allowed. We live on the second floor and will be pleased to provide you with anything during your stay! As their is no cleaning fee, travellers have to clean the appartment at the end of their stay. Indoor smoking or non-respect of the place might result of a deduction on deposit. We truly hope you will enjoy your stay as much as we enjoy living here!
With my husband Mathieu and our little girls, we love travelling but also are lucky to leave by the sea, that is why we have decided to share our house and build an apartment on the ground floor, so that people can come from over the world to discover our region!
We have no private car park but there are plenty of car parks in the street and in the neighbourhood, always free.
