Ce studio de 20m2 vient d'être totalement refait a neuf, dans une propriété privé donc parfaitement sécurisé. Il est composé d'une salle de bain, une kitchenette, et d'une terrasse privée.
Mon épouse et moi sommes impatient de vous accueillir dans notre magnifique propriété à la Ciotat, France. Nous avons grandi tous les deux dans la région, nous vivons depuis 20 ans aux USA et nous avons voyager a travers le monde : l'hôtellerie et le tourisme est notre passion et recevoir des gens chez nous une évidence. Bienvenue chez Florent et Bérénice :)
Le studio se situe dans un quartier résidentiel calme au centre de La Ciotat. Nous sommes à 5 minutes du supermarché, pharmacie, boulangerie, à 10 minutes de la plage, des restaurants, du centre ville ainsi que des calanques : Figuerolle et Mugel. Tout est facilement accessible. Les clients ont accès a toutes les activités de la propriété: piscine, pétanque, jeu d échec géant, vélo, salon extérieur et barbecue, cours de yoga, pilates, meditation. Possibilité de faire un tour de bateau selon disponibilité. Parking gratuit.
