A historic residence, Le Majestic is located in the heart of Chamonix. The 60m² flat has all the comforts: Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine/dryer, bedroom with king size bed, walk-in closet, cosy living room with TV and a breathtaking view of the Brevent. All amenities (restaurants, supermarkets, shops) are within 300 metres. On arrival, a deposit of 300 euros in cash is required. The deposit is returned on departure if everything is in order in the flat. Flat of 60m² on the 3rd floor, very pleasant to live in; ideal for 2 or 4 people Composed of : - Bathroom with Italian shower, washing machine and dryer - Bedroom with king size bed and magnificent view on the mountain - Large dressing room - Large living room to share aperitifs and good moments with family or friends - Sofa bed - Fully equipped kitchen - Ski locker
