Your vacation rental includes on one level: - a living room-kitchen area - a bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) - a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) - a bathroom with shower and sink - a separate toilet. Exterior: The master bedroom and the living room open through bay windows onto a very pleasant 35 m² paved terrace. Primarily east-facing, it bathes the entire apartment, the garden furniture, and the deckchairs in light from the morning. The apartment is attached to a small residence at its back. The entrance is through the gable end, just beyond a porch. Free public parking is available on the street. Bus stop 500 m away.

We immediately fell in love with this very pretty and comfortable cottage. With an immediate wow effect, Marie Noëlle and Daniel have successfully transformed this accommodation for a vacation or break in a bright and peaceful setting. Immersed in Saint-Quay-Portrieux, you'll be less than 10 minutes' walk from the beaches (Châtelet, Casino, Comtesse), ports, restaurants, and more. The entire town and its amenities are at your fingertips without even touching a car. There are even two markets per week, one on Monday morning at the port and another in the town center on Friday mornings. If you enjoy entertainment, there are plenty of them in the town during the season, not to mention the casino and nightclub. The neighboring towns along the Goëlo coast are also worth exploring, such as Binic, "the beauty spot of the Côtes d'Armor," Plouha and its clifftop circuit, and Paimpol, the city of the Icelanders.
