Welcome to "L'instant Terrière", a charming and peaceful house. Enjoy a sunny, private terrace—perfect for outdoor meals. The house features an open living area with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and separate toilet. WIFI and a smart speaker are available. Highlights: Quiet surroundings Comfortable, carefully designed interior Close to essential shops Private parking space on the property The home has been carefully prepared; we kindly ask that you respect the premises. Bed linen and towels are not included, but are available as an option for an extra fee. Even if you choose the cleaning option, please follow a few rules: leave the house tidy, wash, dry, and put away dishes (dishwasher must be empty), clean the cooktop and plancha, and take out all trash and waste. Check-in is between 3 pm and 7 pm. You will be welcomed at the agency for key collection and rental instructions. Please send us a message on the morning of your arrival with your estimated arrival time. Parties are strictly prohibited. Pets are allowed under certain conditions—please contact us via the booking platform. Only household waste should be placed in the bins and taken out for collection twice a week. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be taken to the town’s recycling containers. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for highchairs.
