The house : The accommodation is composed as follows: Ground floor: - An entrance hall. - A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area with sofas including a double sofa bed, armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, as well as a dining area with a table for up to 10 guests. - The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. - Bedroom 1: with a king-size bed and access to the mezzanine with 2 single beds (90x200) as well as a dressing room and an en suite bathroom. - Separate toilet. On the half level: Bedroom 2: a Queen-Size bed with an en-suite bathroom and WC. On the first floor: - Bedroom 3: with two single beds that can be moved together to create a King-Size bed and a wardrobe. - Bedroom 4: with two single beds that can be joined together to create a King-Size bed and a wardrobe. - A shower room with a shower, a washbasin. - Separate WC. Outside : - A large garden with trees, 1500 m² without opposite and south facing which guarantees an optimal sunshine. - A main wooden terrace of 50 m², south facing and equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue to enjoy a good meal outside! - An indoor jacuzzi, accessible all year round, is available in an annex building. It is equipped with a protection in order to guarantee you a pleasant temperature.
