The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, on the commune of Bénodet, this charming studio with a surface of 23 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 18 m², an open plan kitchen, a shower room and a balcony to enjoy the sea air. We are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - An 18 m² living room with TV, sofas including a convertible (sleeps 2) and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine... - A shower room with shower. - Separate toilet. Exterior: - A balcony of about 4 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron. Other remarks: - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). - The cleaning at the end of the stay is to be done by you (or in supplement with our provider on the spot) . - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the concierge. An additional fee may be charged.

The flat is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, 150 metres from the beach. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, Thalasso, casino... Activities : Thalasso or golf ? Swimming or cycling? Restaurant or barbecue? Discovery or relaxation? All possibilities are at your disposal. At the mouth of "the prettiest river in France", the bay and its large beach await you. You can enjoy an active holiday or the gentle way of life of a seaside resort on the Breton Riviera, which has obtained the coveted "tourist resort" classification. Quimper, the capital of King Gradlon, with its narrow streets and half-timbered houses protected by 1,500 metres of walls, is 17 km away. The neighbouring towns, within a 25 km radius, evoke a rich economic and cultural history: Locronan, which has remained unchanged since the flourishing days of the Breton textile industry; Concarneau and its 15th century walled town, reinforced by Vauban; Pont-Aven, the city of painters where Gauguin stayed; Le Guilvinec, the leading French fishing port. Offshore, the Glénans archipelago, famous for its lagoon with turquoise waters. At the very end of the land ("Pen ar bed" in Breton), the Pointe du Raz, beaten by the westerly winds and the great swells of the open sea Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the studio.
