Workshop opening onto gymnasium, created in the stables of a former Napoleonic Post Station. Ground floor of 25 m2 with artist's table, kitchenette and living room area and mezzanine floor of 25 m2 with 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 120. Outdoor shower room and toilet, access through the courtyard. Outside on 500 m2, courtyard, garden and terrace with swimming lane and at the back vegetable garden and henhouse.

Residential area of the former port L Houmeau, 10 min walk from the train station, and Le Bon Ap'Art restaurant on site. 500m from the media library, 2 min from the Charente River with canoe school, 15 min by bike from the body of water of St Yrieix, 1 convenience store, 1 bakery, 2 hairdressers and a pharmacy in the immediate vicinity, and 10 minutes by foot from the Plateau d 'Angouleme. <br /><br />The plateau can be visited on foot by accessing it through the ramparts at the bottom of the market. For the river and its green flow, cycling will be preferable.
