L' Lot is a beautiful department, with so much history, and many wonderful places to visit. Cahors is a "small" paradise, with L'Lot river around, Every Wednesday and Saturday Local farmer display their fresh vegetables, fruit, Wine and flower on the local market. We are located in the charming Espere, and If you like to visit Chateau CAIX, Belong to the Danish Royal family, it is just 4 km. away from Le Balcon des Jasses. Welcome if you like to stay with us, or just drop in for a drink, always welcome. Valentre bridge in Cahors medieval city, Saint-Cirq Lapopie and Pech Merle caves: 45 minutes. La Roque Gageac, Bonaguil forteress castle, Rocamadour : 50 minutes. Figeac Champollion Museum: 60 minutes. Moissac cloister: 1 h 25. Albi: 2 hours
