We live on site and will be available throughout your stay to offer advice and recommendations. We share our home and garden with Laya, our gentle and affectionate cat, who is not allowed upstairs. However, you may meet her outside. We appreciate simplicity, authenticity, and meaningful encounters. It will be our great pleasure to welcome you to La Belle Éclusière. What inspires us every day is the joy of meeting travelers from all over the world, sharing conversations over breakfast, and helping them discover the treasures of the Canal du Midi, charming villages, and the best local addresses.

Property info

We are delighted to welcome you to La Belle Éclusière, a former wine merchant’s house located along the Canal du Midi. We have created a place where authenticity meets comfort: four large and welcoming guest rooms await you. On the first floor, you will find the rooms À l’Ombre de l’Olivier and Vignes du Minervois; on the second floor are Soleil de l’Aude and Canal de Riquet. Homemade breakfast is served between 7:00 and 9:30 am. You can also enjoy our swimming pool for moments of pure relaxation, open from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. Your bicycles and motorcycles can be securely stored with peace of mind. What inspires us above all is the pleasure of welcoming our guests and helping them discover our beautiful region. We will be delighted to recommend the finest walks, must-see places, local artisans, and excellent restaurants nearby. We look forward to welcoming you!

Right outside the door of La Belle Éclusière, you are directly on the banks of the Canal du Midi, with its peaceful waters and gently passing canal boats. Just a short walk away, you will find the marina, several restaurants, and cafés with lovely terraces. Wine lovers will be delighted: the Maison des Vins du Minervois is nearby, where you can enjoy excellent wine tastings. You will also find all essential shops and services close by.
