A stunning two-bedroom penthouse apartment in a traditional Savoyard chalet. This exceptional apartment sleeps up to 6 people in luxury. The décor is traditional, but with a contemporary twist of industrial chic. Every effort has been made to ensure that guests are as comfortable as possible. The open plan living area has cosy wooden floors and elegant double French windows that lead out onto the private balcony. - Grand Montets resort is easily accessible in 5 minutes by car or by free shuttle bus from the chalet. - A Damage deposit of Euro 1200 will be charged for the groups under 21. - (The entrance is on the ground floor but to get to the flat (bedrooms, kitchen...) you have to take the stairs. There are stairs leading up to the apartment and stairs inside the apartment. It’s not recommended for guests with limited mobility. - The two bedrooms are therefore on the first floor. There is a ladder in the flat but it is forbidden to go up (there is a mezzanine).
