Centrally located in tourist residence La Ginabelle (Flegere building) yet quiet, this cosy two-bedroom self-catered apartment will charm you by its warm chalet style and mountains view. The apartment is best for up to 5 persons (bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower room, bedroom with two single beds (90×195cm) plus a sofa bed (140×195cm) in the living room. Bathroom, shower room, ONE & ONLY TOILET. Kitchen open to the living room with balcony. Free Wi Fi and underground parking. The Residence itself is situated in front of the Chamonix Train Station. Ski rentals and free ski bus stop are in front of the Residence. Five minutes walk to the pedestrian area, restaurants and Montenver station. Fitness area is free for guests and is situated in the adjusent building 15 meters away with wellness facilities including sauna, hammam, small swimming pool and a small fitness room.
Situé dans le centre de Chamonix dans la résidence touristique La Ginabelle (bâtiment la Flegère), ce confortable appartement de deux chambres vous charmera par son style chalet chaleureux et sa vue sur les montagnes. L'appartement est idéal pour jusqu'à 5 personnes (une chambre avec un lit double et en- suite SDD, une chambre avec deux lits simples (90×195cm) et un canapé-lit (140×195cm) dans le salon. Salle de bain sans WC, salle de douche sans WC, UNE SAULE toilettes (séparée). Cuisine ouverte sur le salon avec balcon. Wifi illimité et parking souterran sont gratuit. La résidence est située enface de la Gare SNCF de Chamonix mais au calme. Ski bus et location du ski sont enface de batiment. À cinq minutes à pied - la zone piétonne, des restaurants et la gare du Montenver. Installation de bien-être comprenant un sauna, un hammam, une petite piscine et une petite salle de musculation est situé dans l'entrée suivante, à 15 mètres, acces gratuit.
La gare SNCF de Chamonix est en face de la résidence. La location de skis et l'arrêt de bus de ski gratuit sont à proximité de la résidence. Cinq minutes à pied de la zone piétonne, des restaurants et de la gare du Montenver. Centre thermal nouvellement ouvert est à 10 minutes à pied. L'école de ski de Chamonix est à 2 km de l'appartement. Des bus gratuits relient le village et les téléphériques de la région. Chamonix Train Station is in front of the Residence. Ski rentals and free ski bus stop are by the Residence. Five minutes walk to the pedestrian area, restaurants, Montenver station. Newly open Thermal Center is 10 mins away walking. The Chamonix Ski School is within 2 km from the apartment. Free buses connect the village and the cable cars in the area.
