It has a lovely 50 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of around 1,300 m². Bed linen and towels provided from 5 nights, Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - 50 m² living room with fireplace (wood not supplied), lounge and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... and a dining area. - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed - Bedroom 3: with a bunk bed (sleeps 2) and a single bed - Bedroom 4: with a bunk bed (sleeps 2) - Bathroom with bath and shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, cot, ironing board and iron. The house is ideally located in L'Île-d'Yeu, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Transport : To reach the island, you can take a ferry (from Fromentine or Saint Gilles Croix de Vie). If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
