2 furnished apartments with great view, on the 1st and 2nd floor. The owner lives on the ground floor. Common entrance from the garden level or garage. The apartment of the 1st includes: separate kitchen, large living room with fireplace giving access to a veranda, Ensuite master bedroom (160x200) (with bathtub), large dressing room, 2nd ensuite bedroom with shower (2 beds 80x190 twinnable in bed 160cm), separate toilet. The apartment of the 2nd includes: kitchenette open to living room giving access to a roof terrace out of sight (with furniture, deckchairs). Ensuite master bedroom (bed 160x200) (shower/wc), 2nd Bedrooms (2 beds 80x190 twinnable in bed 160cm). Separate Bathroom (bathtub) and toilet. All beds are made on arrival (duvets). Towels furnished. Free Wifi. 1 free car park in the locked garage. Near the Princess's skilift (150m walk) you have access to the entire ski resort Megève/ Saint Gervais/Saint Nicolas.

From my former job as a interior designer, I like warm interiors and beautiful furniture. For the well-being of my clients during their stay in Demi-Quartier, I attach a lot of importance to the decoration and equipment of my apartments that I update frequently. Now retired, I am passionate about flowers and gardening. From the apartments, you have a view of my large blooming garden in summer.

With views of the surrounding mountains, the chalet is located in the town of Demi-Quartier at 1050m altitude, between Megève (3Km) and Combloux (2Km). Very close to the Princess gondola (150m walk), with ski equipment rental shops and ski schools. From here you have access to the entire ski resort of Megève/Saint Gervais/Saint Nicolas. Casino supermarket 3 minutes (1.5 km) by car. Demi-Quartier is 10 km from Sallanches SNCF train station and about 78 km from Geneva International Airport (1h30 bus ride).
