You have one week of vacation, come to benefit from this house any comfort with heated swimming pool located at 300 meters from the edge from beach. It is following a lottery in 2005, that we bought this ground with the town hall of St-Cyprien-Beaches. Without the knowledge, we could make build this modern house in place to privilege, calms and residential with only 17 houses in this allotment located at 300 meters of the sandy beach and the market of edge of beach (open 2 times per week in season.) This house is perfect if you want to pass hollidays with other family..

I became impassioned by this double activity since I am commercial framework in automotive industry and the will to offer the best memories of vacancies to our hosts requires permanent implication for always calling themselves into question and improving comfort and the services of the 12 beds. 6 TV with leds, connection wifi, 2 kitchens to choose the sun of the morning or the sight on the swimming pool…

Saint-Cyprien-beaches is a small town on the Catalan dimension of 12000 inhabitants located at 15 measures in kilometres of Collioure, 25 kilometers of Perpignan and 38 kilometers of the Spanish border which is transformed into seaside resort crested of 120000 inhabitants the summer with absolutely all the required leisures (Miniature golf with 300 meters, the nautical ports, a Aqualand park, 7 kilometers of sandy beach with lagoons, an international golf of 18 holes to 600 meters and especially much of cycle paths very punts very practical to buy fishes fresh fished in the night and resold every morning with the port located at 1km. (8 bicycles are has your provision to trott you along the beach. .c' is very nice.)
