Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided. - We are happy to welcome your pet (dog up to 8 kg), for an extra charge of e40. Nearby amenities: La Maison des Flots is located in Bredannaz, a short walk from the lake, 5 minutes' drive from the centre of Doussard. - Cycle path along the lake 2 minutes away. - Shops: bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, delicatessen, pharmacy, etc. 5 minutes' drive away. Activities : Go hiking at Semnoz, cycle along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town. Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays. Transport : - The regular SIBRA Y51 bus routes, with a stop located close to the villa (Doussard - Bout Du Lac), provide easy access to Annecy city centre (around 30 minutes) as well as the beaches of neighbouring communes (Duingt, Saint-Jorioz, Sevrier) - Geneva international airport can be reached in around 1 hour. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services. - If you choose to come by car, private parking is available in the garage and along the road in front of the residence.
