Our guesthouse is unique for several reasons: 1. the Breton traditional architecture made of stone and natural slate 2. its exceptional location on the edge of the estuary, the heart of the valley of the Rance 3. its location at the port of Lyvet , historic place of passage of boats malouins up the Rance to deliver the upstream port of Dinan
Our guest house is unique Our ​​house was built in the 1900s by a peasant family whose particularity was also living from fishing . The proximity of the Rance and allowed them to embark on barges or dory outside periods cultures. The village was very busy because it was a passage channel boats up the River Rance in Dinan . Next to our house there were stables, cafes , shoemakers , a chapel that was bombed during World War II. Today the port of Plaisance and Tourism mainly lives to enjoy natural looking Herencia and wealth of the Valley of the Rance .
