A beautiful, romantic way to celebrate your holidays. The perfect jumping off point for Arcachon! Located in the city center, just steps away to the beach, enjoy the beautiful views from the private terrace and the comfort of a newly renovated flat! This 40m², 1-bedroom apartment is located on the 4th and last floor of a 1970s building with elevator. It has a 50m² terrace over-looking the bassin d'Arcachon and a balcony overlooking a park. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and features sea views from the large french windows. The spacious and sunny living room features a sofa-bed and Netflix and a small selection of books at your disposal. The flat also features a brand-new kitchen with all amenities you need for a comfortable stay (coffee-maker Nespresso, washing machine, microwave, fridge & freezer) and a large bathroom with an italian shower and a towel heater. Shopping is easy as we have a supermarket and a bakery close by. Towels, pillow cases, bed sheets and a starter supply of bath soap, toilet paper and paper towels are provided. The flat is self-checkin and self-catered.

The neighborhood is residential, quiet and peaceful. You will find small shops nearby in a periphery of 500m (bakery, supermarket, press, pharmacy ...) In summer, there is even an oyster farmer who sells oysters in a hut just in front of the apartment. As fresh as you can get :) The access to the beach is 200m away (5min walk).
