This apartment completely renovated in 2020 is located on the front line facing the Medieval City of Carcassonne. it has a very large 80m2 terrace facing the City. The decoration and the materials used have been chosen with the greatest care in order to satisfy the greatest number of people. It consists of 3 bedrooms, one with a private bathroom and another with a breathtaking view of the City. You will have plenty of time to enjoy the view of the City as well as access to the interior of it by the Porte d'Aude just a few meters from the entrance door. Imagine a summer evening on the terrace, a good meal with friends ending with a walk in the ramparts opposite ... The bedrooms are all equipped with cotton Percale linens and hypo-allergenic pillows. The whole apartment is double glazed for absolute calm.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is located in the Barbacane district and more precisely on the Saint-Gimer square at the foot of the medieval city; you will be inside the site in less than 2 minutes on foot because you have access from the exit of the cottage. Place St Gimer, where we are located, is very quiet and full of charm. You will also have access to the city center of Carcassonne and its shops on foot in about 10 minutes. In addition, all local shops are located in the same street as the apartment (pharmacy, grocery store, tobacco, bread deposit, laundromat).
