Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a 15 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two lovely bedrooms and two shower rooms. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: – Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190) – Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190) – A shower room – A separate toilet Upstairs: – A 15 m² living room with a double sofa bed, fan and TV – A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… – A bathroom with shower and toilet For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: washing machine, griddle, ironing board and iron. Outside: – A flower-filled terrace of 16 m² with furniture to enjoy sunny days. Other notes: – The staircase in the flat is steep and may not be suitable for all guests. – Bed linen and towels are provided. – Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. – End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
