The apartment is located in Amphion les Bains, between Thonon les Bains and Evian, just 5 minutes away from each town.
The neighborhood is very quiet, with the lake only 300 meters away and close to all amenities (supermarket, restaurants, butcher, bakery, etc.).
The lake is within walking distance, less than 300 meters away. You can park in a designated spot right at the foot of the building. Thonon and Evian are both accessible in under 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bike.
