Property info

You will be welcomed into a characterful house, a very old building dating back to 1680, formerly part of the Château du comte de La Garaye, located 500 m away as the crow flies. The property consists of the main building, a gîte adjoining this building, a gîte/studio on the second floor, and two other gîtes created in 2022 and 2023 in a former barn and pigsty. The whole property is set on a magnificent 2,400 m² wooded plot. Pets are accepted on prior request. Ideal rental for families or friends with children.

Neighborhood info

The property is ideally located close to the emerald coast, located just 2 km from the medieval city of Dinan, Brittany in the Côtes d'Armor. The building is located in the heart of a hamlet of 20 inhabitants, surrounded by the surrounding countryside. You will be on the beaches of Lancieux and St Jacut from the sea in less than 20 min by car
