Located in a very quiet private cul-de-sac, the Villa d'Auteuil is a beautiful private mansion in western Paris (a very popular district) dating from the beginning of the 20th century that has kept the charm of the old while having been modernized. The Villa d'Auteuil overlooks a garden with a terrace and a lunch area with barbecue as well as a relaxation area. In order to take advantage of the calm of the place, the dining room, the living room, the kitchen and the garden are accessible to our guests between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. Accessible by a beautiful stone staircase, the bedrooms are organized around it and all three are located on the 1st floor. They each have their own bathrooms (with WC, shower and/or bathtub) and are all equipped with 160 x 200 beds with comfortable 30 cm thick mattresses. A parking space can be requested as an option subject to availability.

La Villa d'Auteuil is located in the Village d'Auteuil close to all the food shops: bakeries, butchers, cheese makers and the market. Two tube stations are 3 minutes from La Villa: Michel-Ange Auteuil (line 9) and Michel-Ange Molitor (line 10). It is easy to reach many Parisian sights from La Villa d'Auteuil in less than 30 minutes. The international competition Roland Garros organised by the Fédération Française de Tennis is a 5-minute walk away. The Trocadéro with its beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower can be reached in 10 minutes (direct by line 9). The Arc de Triomphe and the famous Avenue des Champs-Elysées are less than 20 minutes by bus with line 22. This bus also takes us to the Grand Palais and the Petit Palais in just over 20 minutes. The PC bus takes us to the Palais des Congrès in 20 minutes. Place de la Concorde and the Jardin des Tuileries are 25 minutes away by bus 72, the Porte de Versailles exhibition center is also 25 minutes away by taking bus 62, then metro line 12. Brasseries and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity of the Villa d'Auteuil and allow our guests to eat for all budgets.
