## The space Renovated in 2021, the villa is on 2 levels and here is the configuration: Ground floor: (no air conditioning on this floor) A children's playroom with TV (Chromecast), games, DVD and DVD player then 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with central & reversible air-conditioning We also provide a cot and a high chair for the little ones. In the garage is located the washing machine and dryer. All rooms are equipped with a hotel bed for extreme comfort as well as a mirror and a chest of drawers and/or cupboard. A large living room with kitchen, lounge and dining room (table for 14 or more people). The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a good meal! The living room has a TV and a fireplace with a view of the pool and access to the terrace on the first floor. ## Guest access The villa is located at the end of the cul-de-sac. Free parking is available in front of the villa. ## Guest interaction One week before your arrival, Alexandra will contact you to confirm your arrival time. ## Other things to note The cleaning service includes the provision of hotel linen.
