Ideally located in the peaceful town of Doussard, surrounded by greenery and tranquility, you’ll have all amenities close by: bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, cinema… The Doussard port with its playgrounds is just minutes away, and Lake Annecy is only 2.5 km, framed by breathtaking mountains. Enjoy a spacious and bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen (hood, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge + freezer) open to the lounge with flat-screen TV. The south-facing terrace is perfect for peaceful evenings with unobstructed mountain views.
