The apartment is on 2 floors with the bedrooms on the first floor and the living room + dining room/kitchen on the ground floor. The apartment has 2 bathrooms with shower, one with toilet. One on each floor. Linen is provided and will be put on your bed, as well as towels and bath sheets. You have free access to the parking lot located in the Rue Jehenne (about ten meters from the apartment). Thanks to a card you will collect in the apartment, you will be able to reach the carpark during all your stay for 1 car. (Important: Your place is not guaranteed. If the parking lot is full, which can happen in the middle of the day in summer, you will have to wait for a space to become available). The building has 2 accesses to exit: Boulevard de la plage where the apartment is on the ground floor and from Rue Jehenne which is below. To enter, there is only the access from Boulevard de la Plage available. In addition to parking, we leave a Netflix account available on the 4K TV in the living room. You will be able to access the whole service of films and series on demand for free. Please note: On the first floor, the ceiling height is 1.95m, caution for tall people

The apartment is both in the city center and on the seafront. There is the boulevard de l'Océan which is in front of the sea, then just after, boulevard de la plage where the apartment is located. You are thus with a street of the beach. Also, the apartment overlooks the street leading to the city center square, where the market and shops are present. You have easy access to the main street which is 2 minutes away on foot and even to the Pier to take the ferry to Cap Ferret (5 minutes on foot). To discover Arcachon, everything is accessible on foot and this is the strong point of this apartment.
