Our charming and spacious apartment is located on the first floor of a villa, the ground floor of which is neither occupied nor rented out, ensuring a peaceful stay. Entrance is via the independent exterior staircase. Very bright, it is ideally located 15 minutes from the beaches, in a peaceful residential area of ​​Cournonterral, close to the village center and shops. This 70m² two-bedroom apartment was completely renovated in 2025 to offer you a cozy nest. A large balcony overlooks the Mediterranean garden, and the approximately 150m² parking and relaxation area at the front of the house are reserved for you. The apartment features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven, hob, small appliances), a very bright living and dining room, two beautiful double bedrooms, a bathroom with two sinks, a separate toilet, and a laundry room with a washing machine.
Welcome to Cournonterral, where Bertrand and I live, both originally from Reunion Island! We renovated the villa next door to ours with love, sweat... and a few laughs to create the perfect cocoon for your vacation. We've been here for over 10 years with our two children, and we love to wander, cook, travel, and enjoy life. Sit back, relax... and be careful: you might never want to leave!
Our accommodation is located in Cournonterral, a village in the Hérault department between the sea and the scrubland, 15 minutes from the beaches, 15 minutes from the gates of Montpellier, 20 minutes from Sète, and 15 minutes from the countryside. The village is attractive, with many local shops (bakery, supermarkets, hairdressers, banks, restaurants, etc.) as well as medical services (doctor's office, pharmacy). A weekly market is held every Saturday morning. Beautiful walks are possible from our home. Two nearby children's parks are popular with families.
