Le Bartavel Apartment is one of the best located holiday rentals in Chamonix centre. Situated on the top floor right in the heart of Chamonix, it has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a spacious living space opening onto a roof terrace. This central Chamonix apartment is beautifully furnished, marrying alpine and modern design to create a cool sophisticated holiday rental. The living area is spacious and well laid-out, ideal for a family of up to 6 people. There is lounge seating for 7, as well as a dining table and chairs seating 6. The kitchen is well equipped and benefits from a breakfast bar seating 4. In the comfortable living space there is a 46" smart TV with Sony surround sound which offers freesat UK channels and a DVD player with a library of DVDs. The lounge has large patio doors which open onto a good size roof top balcony, a large patio umbrella, and outdoor dining table and chairs seating 4. There are 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom: The master bedroom has a superking bed, and plenty of wardrobe space too. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed, the ensuite has a shower, sink and toilet. The third bedroom is ideal for the kids, with a bunk bed set, next to this bedroom is a family bathroom with supersize bath. There is covered parking for one car, which is located a few minutes away from the apartment (it is possible to drive very close to the apartment for dropping off luggage etc when neccessary).
