## The space Ideally located on the Grande Plage, you will be in the immediate vicinity of the seafront promenade with its restaurants, cafes and shops but also the dune barrier and its marked trails. Surfing, sand yachting or a beach club for children, everything is there for a holiday with friends or family… Welcome to Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, the sardine capital on the north coast of Vendée and the ideal starting point for exploring the treasures of the Vendée: the islands of Yeu and Noirmoutier, Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, Saint Jean de Monts, Les Sables d’Olonne or the incomparable Puy du Fou park This beautiful, very bright apartment, located on the 6th floor of a waterfront building, consists of a living room with TV, an equipped kitchen area, a bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed. In the entrance, two bunk beds for family stays. The advantages of this rental by the sea: Television, washing machine, balcony with views of the ocean and dunes as far as the eye can see, renovated. A private parking space is made available exclusively to tenants. Bed and bath linen are not provided but can be rented.
