Welcome to our guesthouse, a peaceful retreat lovingly renovated over 10 years to provide you with comfort and serenity. We offer a spacious 35㎡ room, complete with a 12㎡ mezzanine and a private 6㎡ bathroom featuring a sink, an Italian-style shower, and private toilets. This cozy space is perfect for families or friends, with an intimate corner and a private entrance, ideal for unwinding away from the hustle and bustle of the city. For your peace of mind and safety, we host only one family at a time. This ensures a private atmosphere and minimizes the risk of contact with other groups. Hand sanitizer is also provided to maintain impeccable hygiene.
After spending many years living in Australia and Japan, I returned to France in 2000 with my Japanese wife and our children. We settled in the Lot, where we took on the challenge of restoring this old building and bringing it back to life. Since 2014, our home has welcomed travelers seeking peace and friendliness. Passionate about construction and gardening, I have poured my heart into this project. Today, it is with great pleasure that I open the doors of our guesthouse to you. My goal is to offer you a warm and genuine welcome, just like the hospitality I was fortunate to experience during my own travels. See you soon!
Our guesthouse is ideally located near Rocamadour and the Gouffre de Padirac, in the heart of the Causses du Quercy Regional Natural Park. You will also be close to the Dordogne Valley and its villages, ranked among the Most Beautiful Villages of France, such as Carennac, Loubressac, and Autoire. For those who love exploring, the region offers must-see attractions like the Rocher des Aigles, the Monkey Forest, the Borie d’Imbert, the Lacave Caves, the Préhisto-Dino Parc, and Quercyland. If you enjoy outdoor activities, you can take scenic walks with your family or go canoeing on the Dordogne. And of course, don’t forget to indulge in the delicious local gastronomy, full of rich flavors and traditions.
