Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you, on the commune of Matignon, this charming house with privative swimming pool, of a surface of 100 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 35 m², an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 1 200 m². Wifi included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 35 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine... - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) - Bathroom with shower and bath - Separate WC - Mezzanine landing, accessible via a staircase, equipped with a single sofa bed For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron. Exterior : - A swimming pool of 9m x 4.50m (private, heated) open from June to September. Secured by an electric shutter. Depth from 1m10 to 1m40. - A beautiful enclosed garden of 1 200 m² exposed south-west without opposite. - A terrace of 25 m² facing south and equipped with tables, chairs, sunbeds and barbecue to enjoy the beautiful days. Other remarks : - Free Wi-Fi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are included. - Pool or beach towels are not provided - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition (dishes must be put away and bins emptied) and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Mid-stay cleaning and linen change are compulsory for all stays of more than 15 days.

The house is ideally located in Matignon, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - Sports activities: golf, water sports, fishing, sea walks, horse riding, accrobranche, GR34 walks, horse riding, giant zip line and ski hire nearby. - Visit the Emerald Coast and the Château du Fort La Latte. - Seaside resorts on the Emerald Coast: Saint Malo, Saint-Lunaire, Saint-Briac-sur-Mer. - The seaside resorts of the Côtes d'Armor: Le Val-André, Trégastel-Plage, Perros Guirec, Erquy... - The Saint Malo aquarium. Events: Route du Rhum in Saint-Malo, Fête de la coquille in May in Erquy, Fête des Remparts in Dinan, etc. Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the house's lot that can accommodate up to 3 vehicles or in the private garage that can accommodate 1 vehicle.
