The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people and comprises a living room, kitchenette, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and shower room. Balcony with mountain view. Private parking. Ski room. Linen and towels extra. Direct access to ski lifts. The apartment: Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, the apartment is composed as follows: Fitted living room with : - Lounge area with sofa-bed convertible into pull-out bed - Dining area with large table seating 8. - Fully equipped kitchenette: fridge, dishwasher, hotplate, kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, raclette machine... - Access to balcony via large bay window Sleeping area - Bedroom 1: double bed 140 x 190 cm and en-suite shower room - Bedroom 2: bunk bed (sleeps 2) - Bedroom 3: bunk bed (sleeps 2) - Bathroom with bath, washbasin and heated towel rail - Separate WC. Outside : - 9 m² east-facing balcony to enjoy the morning sun, with furniture (a large table and 4 folding chairs). - Heated 4 x 10 m indoor swimming pool, open in summer (June to early September) and winter (mid-December to first week of April) (opening dates non-contractual, subject to change by the residence). - Private parking space in the residence parking lot. Free parking spaces are located just outside the residence. In summer, you can explore the hiking trails, enjoy a swim on the beach at the Flumet lake, go trail running or climbing at the Carrière site, or go fishing on the banks of the Arly. Finally, don't forget to stock up on fresh local produce direct from the producers: milk, cheese, meat, etc... You can even make your own Reblochon! Transport : - There are shuttle buses to the village and other nearby villages - Cab to Flumet and Bus Station to Megève. - The best solution for greater autonomy remains the private car (personal or rental).
